Operations supervisor

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure a safe work environment;
• Ensure complete management of personnel under their supervision;
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), implement and monitor them;
• Ensure continuous improvement of operations;
• Ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction;
• Maintain and develop a good working climate and relationships;
• Carry out annual employee appraisals;
• Take care of employee integration, training, coaching and mentoring;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
• Comply with ISO standards;
• Any other duties related to the job.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• Professional training in logistics, operations management or related discipline (asset);
• 3-5 years' experience in personnel supervision;
• Experience in a unionized environment (asset)
• Computer skills (SAP, Office suite, Outlook, etc.);
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
• Demonstrates leadership skills;
• Able to carry out several mandates at the same time;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Excellent stress management skills.
