Reporting to the Area Manager, Building and Asset Management, the Planner is responsible for the effective coordination and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. He/she acts as a key liaison between the maintenance team and other corporate functions to ensure that buildings and facilities are optimally maintained.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Analyze and clarify the scope of interventions with customers, to identify, among other things, task scope, constraints and duration;
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs;
  • Prepare intervention schedules based on resources, tools and equipment;
  • Share the schedule, and actively participate in the work scheduling process, in collaboration with execution team leaders;
  • Gather the material required for the execution of tasks, and verify the conformity of this material;
  • All other related tasks.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

  • 2-3 years' experience in planning and coordinating building maintenance activities;
  • Diploma in a relevant field such as DEC in building mechanics, civil engineering, or a related discipline (an asset);
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems, safety procedures and CMMS software (an asset);
  • Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written);
  • Good adaptability;
  • Strong organizational skills.
