Paymaster

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Process and coordinate payroll for several business units according to applicable rules and laws;
• Perform monthly remittances (prepare invoices for union, pension funds, RRSPs, FSTQ, etc.);
• Prepare DAS remittances;
• Ensure employee payroll compliance;
• Provide outstanding service to managers, partners and employees;
• Manage the entire payroll process, such as time corrections, vacations, absences, etc;
• Generate, verify and validate payroll reports;
• Participate in the production of tax forms;
• Issue and verify Records of Employment;
• Analyze payroll problems and manage requests for payroll-related information;
• All other related tasks.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• 3-5 years' experience in the complete payroll cycle;
• Bilingualism required (oral and written);
• DEP accounting or related field (an asset);
• Proficiency in Office suite;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to manage priorities;
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Interpersonal communication skills;
• Stress management skills.
