Gate agent

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Provide and collect driver documentation
• Properly identify any truck or vehicle entering the yard and guide them to the right door
• Manage the scale for external carriers
• Manage truck wash for outside carriers
• Ensure protection of excess value trips
• Ensure yard security
• Implement emergency plan for fires, accidents and other events

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• 1-2 years' relevant experience
• Good oral and written command of French and English
• Strong organizational skills
• Good management of priorities
• Good stress management
• Basic knowledge of transportation (an asset)
• Good communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Good computer skills
