Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Handle customer requests by phone or e-mail;
• Plan drivers' schedules and ensure their availability;
• Assign the right truck to drivers;
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction;
• Adapt to changes in customer requests and make last-minute updates;
• Solve operational problems and manage unforeseen events;
• All related tasks.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in transportation logistics or equivalent experience (an asset);
• 1-2 years' experience in a similar position;
• Basic knowledge of transportation;
• Good organizational skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated;
• Stress management;
• Priority management.
