Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Plan all the steps required to complete the project;
• Coordinate the development of a project schedule;
• Coordinate the preparation of plans and specifications with professionals;
• Coordinate and manage all calls for tender;
• Manage professional services and contractor contracts;
• Coordinate work with professionals and contractors;
• Liaise with customer services and occupants;
• Monitor costs and respect budget.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• Mastery of current standards, laws and regulations;
• Mastery of AutoCAD software and the Office suite;
• Good project management practices;
• Autonomous and meticulous;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, automated production engineering, electrical or mechanical engineering;
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec;
• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position;
• ASP Construction card;
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
• Driver's license.
