distribution center coordinator

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Coordinate communications of the operation request with stakeholders;
• Plan demand scheduling in relation to shipping and receiving;
• Coordinate and assign tasks to various stakeholders;
• Plan and schedule releases to be efficient and in line with customer priorities;
• Validate and question the conformity of new customer requests according to contractual agreements;
• Update information in systems (SAP or other);
• Create the necessary documentation related to the receipt and shipment of merchandise;
• Ensure and apply industry (aerospace) quality standards;
• Apply procedures in accordance with regulations;
• Communicate receiving and shipping information to the customer;
• Participate in internal investigations related to the Dive process (when required);
• Participate in administrative tasks inherent to the position;
• Apply receiving and shipping documentation standards;
• Analyze various sector performance monitoring data;
• All other tasks related to the job.

 

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• DEC in a relevant discipline;
• Bilingualism required (written, spoken);
• Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Experience with customer service;
• Able to carry out several mandates at the same time (Versatile);
