The last day for protective service requirements (heated and refrigerated) is December 20, 2019. Consequently, please do not plan on shipping freight requiring temperature-controlled service that will only be delivered after the holiday period is over as to avoid unwarranted storage charges.
If you need any pick-up or delivery arrangements in Québec or Ontario on December 24, 25, 26 or January 1 and 2, please notify us at least 48 hours prior, so we may evaluate our operational capacity. Be aware a minimum additional charge will apply based on the nature of the services required.
Additional fees will also be applicable to any second delivery attempt due to consignee being closed during the holidays.
