The Parts Coordinator is responsible to maintain a lean yet functional inventory. Ensuring parts are well organized and accounted for both in physical inventory and computer inventory.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Accurately and timely Entry of work orders into to the operating system.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure lean yet functional inventory.
• Order parts and ensure timely delivery.
• Reconcile delivery with order before stocking to inventory.
• Approve invoices and enter into system to ensure accurate records of inventory.
• Maintain organized and safe work and storage space.
