The job holder will plan, organize, supervise, manage and control the sales operations as much for client retention as for the search of new clients for the business area assigned to him. He will ensure the sales function to be efficient and performing, paying particular attention to the financial objectives. He will also be responsible for the sales supervision and operation of his team in order to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals for his business area.
The secondary responsibilities include sales of Robert’s service to the community as well as managing critical client accounts or senior accounts. Furthermore, this person will have to look after Robert’s mission achievement, which is to be recognized as the reference in the field of customer service in the transportation and distribution fields throughout Canada.
